Old World in the Real World
Add some “new” old songs to your repertoire. In the first part of the workshop, you’ll learn great Turkish standards in some funky time signatures. Perfect for any level and whatever instrument you play. Second part of workshop will be “No. Set. List.” playing together as a group and keeping your shows fresh and open.

Pop, Snap and Roll: Drum Solo for a Dancer
In this workshop you’ll learn some new tricks on the doumbek and how to apply them in the real world. Class will go into detail on playing a solo for a dancer including structure, thinking on your feet, soloing, improvising and having it all look good. You’ll learn to be prepared for being unprepared.
