Sponsorships
By placing advertisement in the TribalCon programs and event guides, you help TribalCon keep its prices down. Now more than ever our attendees appreciate your sponsorship.
What should you put in your event ad? Here are a few ideas:
- Vendors – Submit coupons good for TribalCon and the next event where you are vending. You could also list your vending schedule to entice customers to your booth at upcoming events.
- Event sponsors – list the top 5 reasons why someone should attend your fabulous event, place action photos of your classes and show from events past to show the magic of your event.
- Dancers and troupes – show off your stuff by announcing your skills and specialties. Performing in the show? Tell us about your piece and/or costuming so audience members will be drawn to your piece. Profile photos with white backgrounds are the strongest graphics for you and your troupe.
Ad Requirements: All printed advertisements will be in black and white and online ads will be in color.
Full Page = 5.5″ X 8.5″
Half Page = 5.5″ X 4.25″
Please send an image or Photoshop file of your ad. Files should be saved in 300 dpi to ensure high quality printing. We can help you manipulate your advertisement for optimal results.
